GamesOnTrack is looking for Game Developers to help us create and innovate games with physical devices as the main game component. The challenge is to develop games which can be used to-day within existing physical environments, and which can grow into new environments as robots and robot-like devices are becoming more standard. Part of the challenge will be a successive development of a gaming platform which is simple enough to be used in current environments. Our users are not software engineers, howeever they demand freedom and tools to be part of the game. We envision to build a team of employed and freelance developers who can help creating games for us to publish and benefit to be shared between you as the creator and us as the company. Our long term vision is to grow like Blizzard but without being locked to a screen and create more fun playing together using physical components like trains, cars, robots, helies etc.. You are out of university with a master in software development. You might envision to be part of a visionary company or you might want to drive your own company but need a new sponsor. You want to be part of a small team which can go beyond existing borderlines in the spirit of creating new development. But you also know the discipline of getting software to scale, meaning simplicity in design, applying standards, developing for testing, and documenting your part for your colleages to grow further. If that rings a bell, send me a mail: nb@gamesontrack.com

The launch of GamesOntrack A/S products is going to start locally in Denmark in the late fall 2008 with a global launch at Nurnberg Fair February 2009. We are looking for a marketing/communication assistant who can help us through that process, including be with us at the fair. As a small company we do not have dedicated marketing and sales disciplines. We are all into all of it, creating the fun and the excitements and the challenge doing so. We are looking for fluent German and English language skills, your ability to cut through communication noise and focus, your ability to work independently and in teams and pick up challenges as they show up. We can not promise anything than our-selves and the spirit we have for making this company a success. We are technical, we are software, and we have a vision. We would prefer that we could start you stepwise, potentially you are starting 50 % of your time, either employed or you work independently in your own company. And as we grow and as our revenue shapes you can grow with us. If it somehow triggers you and you are living in the blowing part of the country send me an e-mail and let's take it from there: nb@gamesontrack.com
